The Bill (Reg.№4674) envisages the amendments to the Land Code and the Law "On Concessions" regarding the strengthening of the state guarantees concerning concessionaires´ rights, thus, it would form favourable conditions for the common interests of the state and business in the course of the relevant agreements conclusion and implementation.
The Bill also envisages that the capital and property concessionaires resources are not supposed to be disposed by force except cases defined by the law.
